The ONS Foundation education initiative communicates research findings to the medical community and to the public at large. Study findings will be published in the leading peer reviewed medical journals and publications. Within the Foundation’s education framework is a community outreach program designed to reach a broad local and regional audience, regardless of socioeconomic background, with information about injury prevention, fitness and innovations regarding treatment options for musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. The education department coordinates the development and production of study results into articles, videos, DVDs and presentations to communicate prevention and treatment information.
